Upon the completion of our technical drawings, we have the flexibility to transmit them to the builder or fit-out company we collaborate with, initiate a tender process, or forward them to your preferred company for a more precise estimate. This phase typically spans 3 to 6 weeks, allowing for a thorough and accurate assessment of the project requirements.

We are actively involved, ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project commencement to debriefing with all trades involved. Our commitment extends to handling the ordering and coordinating the delivery of agreed-upon furniture items.

Throughout the construction phase, we closely monitor progress, addressing any questions or concerns you or the builder may have.
